Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://larrystreedoctorgunbarrelcity.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services. Larry's Tree Doctor provides Tree Insect Treatment, Tree Health Inspection, Tree Fertilization, Ant Control, Spider Control, Cockroach Control, Termite Control and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://larrystreedoctorgunbarrelcity.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Larry's Tree Doctor or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Larry's Tree Doctor does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Larry's Tree Doctor's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Larry's Tree Doctor from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
